智通财经APP获悉，东风集团股份(00489)早盘涨超7%，截至发稿，涨6%，报5.83港元，成交额3.38亿港元。
消息面上，东风集团股份发布公告，公司预计25年上半年归母净利润0.3亿至0.7亿元人民币，同比下降90%到95%。经计算，期内纯利较去年下半年环比实现扭亏为盈。公告称，上半年，合资非豪华品牌市场继续下探，集团合资乘用车业务销量和利润大幅下降；及为应对激烈的市场竞争，集团在自主事业领域研发、品牌和渠道建设、市场营销方面投入加大。
申万宏源此前表示，东风集团当前正处于关键转型阶段，收入结构已由以往的商用车为主逐步转向乘用车主导。公司过去盈利主要依赖合资企业投资收益，如东风日产、本田等。当前，公司自主乘用车业务迎来崛起，核心推动力来自高端品牌岚图。主流市场方面，纳米06、风神L8等新车持续推出，规模效应有望改善盈利模型。商用车端，随着以旧换新政策提前启动并执行效率提升，预计2024年商用车将有望实现显著复苏。
