智通财经APP讯，大唐西市(00620)发布公告，于2025年8月8日，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，内容有关按竭尽所能基准按配售价每股配售股份0.60港元配售6680万股配售股份予不少于6名承配人。配售事项下的最高配售股份数目(即6680万股配售股份)占扩大后公司已发行股本约8.34%。配售价每股配售股份0.60港元较2025年8月8日联交所所报收市价0.62港元折让约3.23%。
经考虑先前配售事项成功完成及有关市场反应，本公司认为，现时为进行进一步集资活动的良机。董事认为，配售事项将为本公司提供进一步筹集额外资金的机会，以增强本集团的财务状况，并为其业务发展(尤其是本集团的物业发展业务)提供资金，并补充其营运资金。配售事项亦将使本公司能够透过引进新投资者扩大其资本基础及拓宽其股东基础。此外，本公司认为，配售事项为一种并无利息负担及不影响债务状况的集资解决方案，与债务融资、公开发售或供股等其他集资方式相比，更具成本及时间效益。
