屯门海珠路屯门市地段第569号住宅用地今日(8日)截标。截至早上11时30分，现场暂收7份标书，当中信置(00083.HK) 独资入标，嘉华国际(00173.HK) 、中国海外(00688.HK) 、长实(01113.HK) 及保利置业(00119.HK) 亦有份入标。
嘉华国际香港地产发展及租务总监尹紫薇表示，地皮附近有多条巴士路线，加上正在兴建屯门南延线，位置便利，公司会按市况出价。她又预料本港楼市平稳。
地皮的地盘面积约4.7万平方呎，最高可建楼面约28.21万平方呎，预料可提供超过500伙。地皮指定作非工业，但不包括仓库、酒店及加油站。综合市场预测地皮估值介乎约4.2亿至7.9亿元，相当于每呎约1,500至2,800元。(sl/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-08-07 16:25。)
