智通财经APP讯，重塑能源(02570)发布公告，于2025年8月8日，公司子公司广东探索汽车与广东恩泽及恩泽基金订立广东恩泽增资协议，增加广东恩泽的注册资本，以支持公司在制氢领域的策略规划，从而进一步拓展制氢市场，据此，广东探索汽车同意以现金向广东恩泽的注册资本出资人民币1亿元。
广东恩泽主要从事新兴能源技术及汽车零部件研发以及工程和技术研究和试验发展。
于本公告日期，广东探索汽车并无持有广东恩泽的任何股权;及广东恩泽由恩泽基金全资拥有。广东恩泽增资协议完成后，广东探索汽车、恩泽基金及一名独立第三方将分别持有广东恩泽约30.30%、60.60%及9.10%的股权。
