近日，银诺医药通过了港交所聆讯，并于7月31日更新了聆讯后招股书，距离挂牌上市只差临门一脚。
银诺医药成立于2014年，是一家科学驱动的生物制药公司，致力于为代谢性疾病患者提供创新的，可及且可负担的高质量药品。
自成立以来，银诺医药已建立了针对糖尿病和其他代谢性疾病的候选药物管线。银诺医药的管线目前包括正在开发用于治疗肥胖和超重及代谢功能障碍相关性脂肪性肝炎(MASH)的核心产品依苏帕格鲁肽α，以及五款处于临床前阶段的候选药物。
依苏帕格鲁肽α作为单药治疗及联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(T2D)的BLA已于2023年9月获NMPA受理。两种疗法均已于2025年1月获得批准。银诺医药于2025年2月在中国商业化推出了用于治疗T2D的依苏帕格鲁肽α。此外，银诺医药正积极推进依苏帕格鲁肽α的全球扩张。
截至2025年5月31日止5个月，银诺医药在中国销售依苏帕格鲁肽α产生收入3814.4万元人民币(单位下同)。而于往绩记录期间，银诺医药已产生大量研发开支及亏损，于2025年前5个月，银诺医药录得亏损约9787.5万元，同比扩大约58.1%。
