智通财经APP讯，中骏集团控股(01966)发布公告，于本公告日期，持有约占现有票据未偿还本金总额83%及范围内债务未偿还本金总额66%的计划债权人已加入及╱或提供指示加入重组支持协议。
由于若干计划债权人需要额外时间完成彼等加入重组支持协议的内部程序，故公司特此宣布延长：
提前同意费截止日期由2025年8月7日下午五时正(中国香港时间)至2025年8月21日下午五时正(中国香港时间);及基本同意费截止日期由2025年8月21日下午五时正(中国香港时间)至2025年9月4日下午五时正(中国香港时间)。
