智通财经APP讯，柏能集团(01263)发布公告，根据公司向新加坡交易所提出将其于新加坡交易所的第二上市地位改为主要上市地位的申请，新加坡交易所已于2025年8月8日原则上批准建议转换，但须符合本公布所载的若干条件。建议转换将自2025年8月20日起生效，届时公司将于港交所及新加坡交易所拥有双重主要上市地位。
此外，根据公司于2025年5月16日就建议转换向新加坡交易所提出豁免遵守新交所自由流通量规定的申请，新加坡交易所已于2025年6月4日授予公司遵守新交所自由流通量规定的豁免，宽限期自转换日期起计为期九个月。
