MacRumors 上个月透露，Apple 支持应用中即将推出一项支持助手功能，现在又有进一步的证据证实了这一点。

据 MacRumors 撰稿人 Aaron Perris 称，苹果最近在其网站上更新了支持助手的使用条款。该页面确认，该功能将是一个类似 ChatGPT 的聊天工具，由生成式人工智能驱动，用户能够收到关于各种 Apple 产品和服务问题的生成答案。

您已经可以在 Apple 支持应用中与真人聊天，而此工具将是一个机器人。苹果的使用条款称：“支持助手使用生成模型。您理解并同意，生成模型偶尔可能会生成不正确、误导性、不完整、冒犯性或有害的输出。”

苹果表示，该工具仅用于技术支持。

苹果上次更新其支持应用是在 7 月 15 日，与使用条款中列出的日期相同。然而，据我们所知，支持助手尚未发布。
