该地块位于中国广东省佛山市南海区里水镇石塘“大秧地”(地块编号：YDCR44060500804604)。该地块总占地面积约为34035.21平方米。该地块的容积率不低于1.0至不高于3.0。该地块指定用于工业用途。该地块工业用途的用地使用权期限为50年，自《用地使用权出让合同》日期起计的首15年内，其用途为牲畜屠宰、肉制品生产及副产品加工。
公告称，收购该地块的用地使用权将使集团进一步整合其在食品生产价值链中的各项业务，涵盖从牲畜屠宰、肉类加工到冷藏及配送等环节。此项垂直整合预期将提升供应链效率、改善产品质量与安全水平，并增强集团应对市场对高质量肉制品需求的能力。收购亦将成为集团扩大经营规模的平台，助力其在屠宰及食品业务领域实现更大的协同效应。
