Miyakoshi Unit Gets Shenzhen Urban Renewal Approval for 301 Billion Yen Innovation Center

Miyakoshi Holdings (TYO:6620) said its Shenzhen-based subsidiary Crown Electronics has secured full approval for an amended urban renewal plan tied to its World Innovation Center (WIC) project, clearing the way for construction to begin in March 2026, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The WIC site, a former Crown Electronics factory in central Shenzhen, will feature two 250-meter office towers and a 150-meter residential building, with a total floor area of about 454,000 square meters.

Real estate appraisal for the project stands at 301 billion yen, against estimated land and construction costs of 92.5 billion yen.
