据报道，OpenAI将在两年内为每位员工提供150万美元的奖金，包括新入职的员工，以抵御扎克伯格旗下Meta的高薪挖角攻势。
周四，Hyperbolic联合创始人兼首席技术官、前OctoAI高管金宇晨（Yuchen Jin）在X上披露了这一消息。他写道：“我的OpenAI朋友们都很兴奋，不是因为这是GPT-5的前一天晚上，而是因为萨姆（奥特曼）刚刚宣布了每名员工两年150万美元的奖金。”
金宇晨之前的公司OctoAI已被英伟达收购，他补充说：“英伟达78%的员工都是百万富翁。在OpenAI，这个比例是100%。”
这笔奖金宣布之际，Meta首席执行官马克·扎克伯格的“黑手党”式挖角策略加剧了硅谷的人工智能人才竞争。据报道，Meta提供了高达2000万美元的年薪，以吸引OpenAI、Anthropic和谷歌的研究人员。
OpenAI首席执行官萨姆·奥特曼此前在播客采访中对Meta的挑战表示欢迎，并打趣称“尽管放马过来”。
此前一天有报道称，OpenAI正寻求进行二次股票发行，公司估值可能达到5000亿美元，较目前的3000亿美元跃升67%。
