油价周三连续第五个交易日下跌，交易员在观望美国总统唐纳德·特朗普是否将采取更严厉措施限制俄罗斯能源出口。在有报道称特朗普计划与俄罗斯总统普京会面后，油价在盘后交易中扩大了跌幅

　　WTI原油下跌1.2%，收于每桶64美元上方，创下自去年9月以来最长连续下跌。交易员在调整仓位，以防特朗普对俄政策不像白宫此前宣传的那样强硬。报道称特朗普计划最早下周与普京面对面会谈，并随后与乌克兰总统泽连斯基三方会晤后，油价进一步下跌。

　　特朗普此前表示他的特使与普京的会晤“取得了重大进展”，但并未排除对莫斯科石油收入实施进一步制裁的可能。这些动态使本已面临供需信号不明的原油市场面临更大的不确定性。

　　白宫还表示，特朗普以印度持续购买俄罗斯能源为由，已经签署行政令，对该国商品额外征25%的关税；不过，这项关税要在21天后才生效，意味着市场需要警惕该决定发生变动的可能性。

　　纽约市场9月交割的WTI原油价格下跌1.2%，结算价每桶64.35美元。

　　10月布伦特原油下跌1.1%，至每桶66.89美元。
