智通财经APP讯，CNT GROUP(00701)发布公告，预期集团于截至2025年6个月期间的股东应占亏损将取得介于3600万港元至4000万港元，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月的股东应占亏损则为1350万港元。
2025年6个月期间股东应占亏损的估计金额显著增加，主要是由于以下因素：(a)集团于中国香港及中国内地的投资物业于2025年6个月期间的公平值亏损大幅增加，而于2024年6月30日的公平值亏损则约为1160万港元;(b)并无于截至2024年6月30日止6个月一次性收回衍生诉讼的抗辩费用约640万港元;(c)公司的非全资附属公司中漆集团有限公司(01932)的显著股东应占亏损金额。
尽管有上述信息，由于上述的公平值亏损乃属非现金性质，对集团的营运现金流并无影响。集团的整体财政状况维持稳健。
