据悉，潜在投资者 A 为一间于香港注册成立的可变股本的开放式基金公司，其投资基金授权范围涵盖上市及╱或非上市股权及╱或债务、房地产、外币、商品、保险单、基金、期货、期权、任何资产或数字资产的衍生工具及其他权益或资产。据清盘人在作出一切合理查询后深知、尽悉及确信，潜在投资者 A 独立于该公司及其关联人士。
此外公司股份继续停牌。
