FlexShopper Inc. has announced a regulatory issue concerning its financial statements. On July 30, 2025, the company's Board of Directors, after consulting with an independent forensic investigations firm and Grant Thornton LLP, determined that certain previously issued financial statements should no longer be relied upon. Specifically, the audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2022, and 2023, and the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the three and six months ending June 30, 2022, are affected. This decision follows the company's failure to deliver required financial statements within the stipulated timeframe. Additionally, a forbearance agreement was reached with BP Fundco, LLC, providing temporary relief until August 30, 2025.
