消息面上，极智嘉发布业绩预告，预计上半年实现收入9.95至10.3亿元，同比增长27至32%；期内亏损为4500-5500万元，同比大幅收窄90-92%；经调整亏损为1000-2000万元，亦大幅收窄90-95%。业绩改善主要由于仓储移动机器人解决方案业务进一步提升，完成交付项目增多带动收入明显增长，从而提升毛利水平。其二是期内欧元兑人民币升值带来较多汇兑收益。
国信证券指出，极智嘉是全球最大的仓储履约AMR解决方案提供商。AI技术架构+AMR+机器人解决方案提升用户粘性。该行指出，公司设立了具身智能公司，提升机械手拣货、通用机器人制造等能力，未来公司智能化优势、规模效应有望逐步显现。综合考虑行业景气度、公司在AMR全球龙头地位、盈利持续好转态势，预计公司25-27年归母净利润为1.06/3.03/5.20亿港元，对应EPS为0.08/0.23/0.39港元。给予极智嘉一年期合理估值为19.7-22.1港元，首次覆盖，给予“优于大市”评级。
