8月6日，华检医疗涨超33%，近四周累计涨幅已超280%。
消息面上，7月30日，华检医疗宣布与华大共赢签署战略合作框架协议，共同设立“华检华大共赢创新药知识产权代币化基金”，将投资于华检医疗在中国香港、美国等地的“NewCo+RWA” Web3交易所生态项目。
作为由生物技术领导者华大基因发起的企业风险投资实体，华大共赢拥有多年在创新医疗与创新药领域的海内外投资经验及项目资源。
华检医疗正在构建名为“IVDNewCo Exchange”的Web3交易所生态，旨在解决医药行业融资难问题。其方案是将高价值医疗资产（如Ⅱ期临床的ADC药物、基因疗法专利）通过RWA技术转化为可分割、可交易的数字凭证。
其目标是打造医疗RWA领域的“纳斯达克+Uniswap”，在保障合规性的同时，实现去中心化流动性。
