Figma 股价在周一下跌 23%，削弱了这家设计软件公司上周上市后取得的涨幅。

　　截至午间，该股下跌 27.50 美元，至 94.50 美元，较上周五 122 美元的收盘价有所回落。

　　周三晚些时候，Figma 及其主要股东以每股 33 美元的价格出售了约 3700 万股股票，为公司带来约 4.12 亿美元的收益。周四，在纽约证券交易所首日交易中，该股股价上涨逾两倍。

　　市场的初步反应表明，在经历了历史上 IPO 低迷期后，华尔街对高增长科技公司的兴趣已重新燃起。

　　Figma 在更新的 IPO 招股书中表示，预计第二季度营收同比增长约 40%。与过去几年上市的许多科技公司不同，Figma 常年实现盈利。

　　Figma 的完全稀释估值约为 560 亿美元，几乎是 2022 年 Adobe 收购报价的三倍。欧盟和英国监管机构反对这宗交易，两家公司于 2023 年底取消了合并计划。

　　尽管周一股价下跌，33 岁的 Figma 首席执行官迪伦・菲尔德所持公司股票价值仍超过 50 亿美元。
