消息面上，7月29日，FORTIOR宣布行使超额配售权，新发行281.16万股H股，超额配发股份将由公司按每股H股120.5港元发行及配发。此次发行旨在满足市场超额认购需求，增强公司资本实力。此外，深交所公告，港股通标的证券名单调整，调入FORTIOR等，8月4日起生效。
公开资料显示，FORTIOR(峰岹科技)是一家芯片设计公司，专注于BLDC电机驱动控制芯片的设计与研发。集团产品组合涵盖电机主控芯片(如MCU、ASIC)、电机驱动芯片(如HVIC)、智能功率模块IPM及功率器件(如MOSFET)。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料：集团是中国首家专注于BLDC电机驱动控制芯片设计的芯片设计厂商；及截至2023年12月31日，集团在中国BLDC电机主控及驱动芯片市场的份额达到4.8%(按收入计)，排名第六，且集团为该市场前十大企业中唯一的中国企业。
