智通财经APP获悉，周三，专注于冠状动脉疾病评估的影像与诊断软件提供商Heartflow(HTFL.US)宣布扩大其即将进行的首次公开募股(IPO)规模。这家总部位于加州山景城的公司最新计划以每股17至18美元的价格发行1670万股，拟募集资金达2.92亿美元。相较此前提出的1250万股、每股15至17美元的发行方案，按照修订后区间中值计算，Heartflow的募资总额将比原预期高出46%。
Heartflow开创了冠状动脉疾病(CAD)无创诊疗新方案。截至2025年3月31日，Heartflow智能平台已为逾40万名患者提供CAD评估服务，其中仅2024年就服务13.2万例。该创新平台融合人工智能与尖端计算流体力学技术，能生成患者心脏的个性化3D模型，并提供包括血流动力学、血管狭窄程度、斑块体积与成分等在内的临床决策支持数据。
这家成立于2007年的医疗科技企业在截至2025年3月的财年实现营收1.36亿美元。公司拟以“HTFL”为股票代码登陆纳斯达克，由摩根大通、摩根士丹利和Piper Sandler担任联合主承销商，预计将于2025年8月4日当周完成定价。
