8月5日，阿里巴巴开启2026届秋季校园招聘，计划发出超7000个offer，包含阿里巴巴控股集团、淘天、阿里云、阿里国际、通义实验室、智能信息、钉钉、高德等在内的阿里巴巴旗下15个业务集团和公司同时开启秋招。相较春招，阿里秋招进一步加大AI人才招聘力度，此次AI相关岗位占比超6成，部分AI业务部门占比更高，阿里云、阿里国际、钉钉占比80%，高德占比75%。
