消息面上，首程控股发布公告，近日，集团所属首程基石旗下公司(公司全资附属公司)参与管理的北京平准基础设施不动产股权投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)投资华夏华电清洁能源封闭式基础设施证券投资基金,本次投资将进一步优化存量资产配置，促进生态环保和低碳经济发展，为清洁能源基础设施建设注入了源头活水。
据介绍，华电国际电力股份有限公司是中国最大型的综合性能源公司之一，其主要业务为建设、经营发电厂，包括大型高效的燃煤、燃气发电机组及多项可再生能源项目。华电REIT以华电杭州江东天然气热电联产项目作为底层资产，是央企盘活优质清洁能源资产、创新投融资模式的标杆案例。
集团未来将坚定不移地持续加大在中国核心智能基础设施不动产领域的投资布局，依托全产业链协同效应及REITs领域先发优势，进一步深化与能源产业方的协同，优化资本结构并巩固REITs市场领先地位。
