港股异动 | 乐普生物-B涨超6%，自研ADC药物MRG004A启动III期胰腺癌临床
8月5日，乐普生物-B盘中涨超6%，消息面上，国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心最新公示，乐普生物自主研发的靶向组织因子(TF)的抗体偶联药物(ADC)MRG004A正式启动针对胰腺癌的三期临床试验。
此外，8月1日，乐普生物宣布就两项临床前TCE资产与Excalipoint达成NewCo合作，不仅收获1000万美元首付款及超8.5亿美元的潜在交易总额，同时持有合作公司10%的股权。
太平洋证券此前指出，MRG003是乐普生物研发的EGFR靶向ADC，鼻咽癌适应症NDA已获CDE的正式受理，并纳入优先审评，有望在2025年底或者2026年初获批，成为国内首款商业化的EGFR ADC。MRG003同步在美国开展临床试验，并获FDA授予BTD。
