犀牛之星8月4日消息，创新层企业幺麻子（874322）发布公告，2025年8月4日，公司通过辅导机构中金公司向中国证券监督管理委员会四川监管局提交了公司向不特定合格投资者公开发行股票并在北京证券交易所上市的辅导备案申请材料，辅导机构为中金公司。

犀牛之星APP显示，公司主要从事麻系味型特色调味食品的研发、生产和销售。业绩方面，2024年公司实现营业收入6.25亿元，归母净利润为1.57亿元。
