智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，8月4日，卓悦控股(00653)股东将股票由恒生银行转入金利丰证券，转仓市值1906.45万港元，占比40.17%。
此前卓悦控股公布，董事会建议按于记录日期“1供3”基准发行最多约13.43亿股供股股份，每股供股股份0.080港元，较最后交易日于联交所所报收市价每股0.1080港元折让约25.93%，最多募集约1.07亿港元，所得净额将不会超过约5200万港元(假设自本公告日期起至记录日期止公司已发行股本并无变动及所有合资格股东悉数承购其各自于供股中的配额)。
