智通财经APP获悉，君实生物(01877)尾盘飙升近35%，截至发稿，涨34.16%，报32.28港元，成交额12.5亿港元。
国金证券发布研报称，全球双抗开发热情高涨，国产抗体行业迎来创新成果兑现窗口期。该行表示，君实生物对单抗开发具有丰富经验，其开发的PD-1单抗分子特瑞普利是最早上市的国产PD-1抑制剂，目前特瑞普利在国内上市众多适应症，同时持续拓展全球商业化网络，如在2023年和2024年陆续在美国和欧盟市场获批上市。除此之外，公司还布局了一系列的单抗类分子，因此在抗体领域积累了丰富的经验。在单抗基础上，公司发展出了众多创新双抗分子（JS207、JS201、JS203、JS205）以及双抗ADC（JS212）。
值得注意的是，君实生物已于6月20日完成配售4100万股新股事项，本次配售的募集资金净额约为10.26亿港元。公司拟将配售募集资金净额的70%用于创新药研发，如PD-1/VEGF双抗、EGFR/HER3 ADC、PD-1/IL-2融合蛋白及其它在研管线的开发；30%用于补充营运资金等一般企业用途。
