董事会认为上述经营业绩变动主要由于以下原因：集团核心中国业务受惠于为因应激烈竞争而进行的策略性价格调整，而中国以外收入则持续增长;中国以外生产工厂设立进度的延迟，导致2025年上半年投资及经营开支较低;及2024年上半年净利润比较基数较低。
