继Blue Moon首个楔形孔钻得543克/吨超高品位黄金矿块之后，Falcon Metals (ASX: FAL) 周二披露，旗下Blue Moon矿床第三个楔形钻孔，即位于维州总规模2200万盎司的本迪戈金矿田正北方的BMDD001W3号钻孔又有重大发现。

根据公告，BMDD001W3向下穿过褶皱带横切到多个含有可见金、石英脉和硫化物的区域，以及一个7.6米长的石英脉区域——据推断此处很可能存在鞍状矿脉。

同时，先前所报告的BMDD001号母孔在浅层截获的2.2米品位6.5克/吨的金矿段经测定后升级为2.8米长品位为17.7克/吨金矿段。

Falcon Metals总经理Tim Markwel表示，第三楔形区的钻探成果非常鼓舞人心，期待收到这些区域的化验结果。
