Hock Lian Seng's (SGX:J2T) attributable profit plummeted 58% in the first half of 2025 to SG$8.6 million from SG$20.4 million a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Earnings per share dropped to SG$0.0168 compared with SG$0.0398 in the comparable period.
Revenue was up 3.5% year over year to SG$103.3 million from SG$99.8 million, with the civil engineering segment contributing to the bulk of total revenue.
