智通财经APP讯，松景科技(01079)及要约人MICRONOVA LIMITED联合公布，要约人已于2025年7月30日收购合共约7.14亿股公司股份，相当于公司已发行股本总额约53.83%。每股销售股份约0.068港元。
紧随收购事项完成后，要约人、于伟先生及彼等任何一致行动人士于约7.14亿股股份(相当于公司已发行股本总额约53.83%)中拥有权益。结好证券有限公司(为及代表要约人)将按以下基准根据将载于根据收购守则将予刊发的综合文件的条款作出要约，以(i)收购所有要约股份;及(ii)根据收购守则规则13.5注销所有尚未行使的购股权：每股要约股份现金0.068港元，较于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.137港元折让约50.36%;注销每份尚未行使购股权的购股权要约价将为名义现金0.0001港元。
据悉，要约人由Nex Lumin Limited全资实益拥有，而Nex Lumin Limited则由于伟先生全资实益拥有。
此外，公司已向联交所申请自2025年8月6日(星期三)上午九时正起恢复股份在联交所买卖。
