ZTE (HKG:0763, SHE:000063) sold 3.58 billion yuan of convertible bonds and filed for their listing with the Hong Kong bourse, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
The zero-coupon bonds will fall due in 2030, according to the Chinese telecommunication firm.
Listing of the bonds is expected to become effective Wednesday.
