智通财经APP讯，龙资源(01712)及要约人WAH CHEONG DEVELOPMENT (B.V.I.) LIMITED联合公布，要约于2025年8月8日(即截止日期)截止。于截止日期下午四时正，要约人已接获要约股东就合共53.16万股要约股份(接纳股份)提交的有效接纳，占本联合公告日期龙资源已发行股份总数约0.34%。
紧接提出要约前，要约人及其一致行动人士持有5144.17万股龙资源股份，占本联合公告日期龙资源已发行股份总数约32.54%。
由于接纳条件尚未达成，要约并未成为无条件，并已于2025年8月8日相应失效。
