歌尔股份(002241.SZ)公告称，公司控股子公司香港歌尔泰克拟以自有资金向Haylo提供不超过1亿美元的附股权收益权的有息借款，借款期限五年。Haylo将用上述借款收购Plessey的100%股权并对Plessey增资，用于Plessey购买Micro-LED相关固定资产及补充营运资金。Plessey及其相关子公司对前述借款本息的偿还提供担保。借款期限内，若Haylo或Plessey发生被收购或IPO上市发行情形，香港歌尔泰克除全额回收借款本息外，将另外获得前述主体被收购总价值或上市总市值的25%的收益。除获取相关的投资收益外，公司预计通过本次投资可以进一步推动MicroLED技术和产品的成熟。上述技术和产品的成熟，将有助于公司的AI智能眼镜和AR增强现实业务的未来发展。
