集团的客运航空公司国泰航空与香港快运已于2025年至今开通或宣布十九条新航线，并将陆续新增更多目的地。目前集团的客运航班飞往全球超过一百个航点，这个别具意义的里程碑充分展现了香港枢纽与世界的紧密连系。公司所有飞机现已配备充足资源及投入运作。近年开展前所未有的大量招聘工作现已告一段落，招聘及培训水平正处于稳定状态，符合公司的发展计划。
