The UK's Competition and Markets Authority said Friday that it has approved Boeing's (BA) planned acquisition of Spirit AeroSystems (SPR).
While the British regulator didn't provide detailed reasoning in its initial announcement, it said a full decision will be published soon.
Boeing and Spirit did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
