智通财经APP讯，浩德控股(08149)发布公告，于2026年财政年度第一季度(截至2026年3月31日止财政年度第一季度)，集团取得企业融资、资产管理及其他咨询服务收入460万港元，较去年同期增加27.3%。企业融资及其他咨询服务收入乃于已根据服务协议条款提供相关服务及╱或完成相关重大行动从而达成协定的账单里程碑时确认。因此，各期间的收入可能因应该期间内达成的账单里程碑而波动。
集团取得2026年财政年度第一季度经营租赁项下投资物业的整体租金收入700万港元，与去年同期相似。尽管于2026年财政年度第一季度，日本物业组合的出租率(以租金收入计)较低，为92.9%(去年同期：94.9%)，且集团的香港投资物业仍在招租，但2026年财政年度第一季度的租金收入因该期间日圆相对港元升值而有所增加。
