金吾财讯 | 钢铁股午后走强，截至发稿，中国罕王(03788)涨3.15%，重庆钢铁股份(01053)涨2.78%，马鞍山钢铁股份(00323)涨2.75%，天工国际(00826)涨1.95%。消息面上，华泰证券表示，2016-2020年及2021年的两轮供给侧优化，分别经历了需求上行与下行的不同产业周期，积累了丰富的经验，为当前反内卷政策的制定与执行奠定了良好基础。该机构认为，在国内钢铁行业自发性减产的推动下，行业景气已于2024年第三季度触底；若反内卷政策能推动粗钢减产，或将锦上添花，进一步助力行业利润修复。回顾2021年需求下行周期中供给侧优化对钢铁板块的驱动路径，本轮反内卷同样处于需求下行周期，板块行情或也将经历政策预期交易与基本面实质改善两个阶段；25H1主要交易政策预期，静待减产落地。此外参考日本钢铁发展历程，中国钢铁行业的调整或是持久战。
民生证券指出，7月政治局会议再次明确“反内卷”，依法依规治理企业无序竞争，推进重点行业产能治理。与7月1日中财委“反内卷”表述比较，去除了“低价”，“落后产能有序退出”变为“重点行业产能治理”。从变化来看，产能治理的路径不局限于落后产能，同时治理目标也由提价转向理性竞争即提高行业利润。短期来看，钢材需求进入季节性淡季，价格过快上涨可能有所回调。长期来看，产能治理依然是未来的主线，市场化、行政化手段相结合，粗钢供给有望进一步优化，叠加远期铁矿新增产能的逐步释放，钢企盈利能力有望修复。
