Prinx Chengshan (HKG:1809) said it would temporarily resume operations at its Thai tire production base following a regulatory notice, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand agreed to lift a suspension until Sept. 4 to test relevant equipment for air quality sample collection.
The regulator had previously suspended operations, citing alleged breaches of industrial waste disposal rules.
Prinx Chengshan said the recent events in Thailand are not expected to have a material impact on its financials.
