金吾财讯 | 汇通达网络(09878)公布，于2025年8月8日，公司与阿里云计算有限公司签订全面合作协议，双方通过资源整合与优势互补，共同探索人工智能和数字化解决方案的创新及应用前景，深化云计算、人工智能及下沉市场数字化领域的协同合作。根据全面合作协议，集团及阿里云预期于以下领域展开合作，包括：(i)全栈AI合作：集团将接入通义千问大模型，结合集团在零售行业的深度经验，将大模型及相关AI能力与集团产业数据融合，打造“小店大模型智能体”、“AI销售智能体”、“销售预测智能体”及“AI客服机器人”矩阵，提升S2b2c(供应链－商户－顾客)供应链智能化服务能力，共建下沉市场的营销获客与智能销售能力。(ii)云资源与算力合作：双方为云计算与大模型AI领域全面合作伙伴，阿里云为集团提供专属云计算资源，保障集团业务高可用性与弹性扩展，助力集团AI大模型训练与推理，快速迭代行业模型。同时，阿里云将提供包括解决方案架构师、大模型技术服务专家、产品技术专家等角色的专家团队参与项目，协助集团全栈AI产品应用开发。
