Odaily星球日报讯 Paradigm 普通合伙人兼研究主管 Dan Robinson 于 X 平台发文表示，本周其团队联合 Multicoin Capital、Chainlink、Electric Capital、Galaxy、Ribbit Capital 和 Tribe Capital 等机构就参议院银行委员会发布的加密货币市场结构立法草案致函表达意见。在代币证券监管这一关键问题上，参议院草案与已获众议院通过的《CLARITY 法案》做法不同。Paradigm 认为参议院“辅助资产”方案对加密行业更有利。两项法案虽均优于难以适用且会带来逆向激励的“豪威测试”体系，但参议院草案更简洁，能够避免去中心化代币和协议适应僵化框架。其主要通过排除条款防止滥用，即附带特定金融权益法定权利的资产不属于辅助资产。
