Leader Environmental Technologies' (SGX:LS9) chief executive officer, Li Li will resign from the post, effective Sept. 1, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company were down over 4% in recent trading.
Li tendered his resignation following the completion of the disposal of AIWater Group and will become its CEO.
