根据协议，双方将实现虚拟资产服务提供商（VASP）牌照互认机制，但企业仍需通过反洗钱评估等合规审查。该合作简化了企业全国展业流程，SCA 同时成立专门委员会与 VARA 共同完善监管法规，标志着阿联酋向成为全球加密治理领导者迈出关键一步。VARA 强调此次合作是更广泛国家级监管协调的开端，未来将与阿布扎比全球市场等机构推进跨境监管互操作性。
