智通财经APP讯，锦欣生殖(01951)发布公告，预期集团将于2025年上半年取得亏损不超过人民币10.90亿元，而集团于2024年上半年则取得纯利约人民币1.90亿元。此亏损乃主要由于就有关集团于美国及老挝业务的若干商誉、无形资产及其他金融资产确认减值及拨备。于决定有关减值及拨备的需要及程度时，公司已仔细评估集团的营运及财务表现以及其业务的未来前景。实际减值及拨备金额仍须待公司进一步评估后，方可作实。
此外，公司相信，2025年上半年的减值及拨备将不会对集团的整体业务营运及现金流量造成重大不利影响，因为其主要为一次性非现金项目。虽然2025年上半年的宏观经济及行业状况对集团的业务带来挑战，但由于集团坚实的行业基础、国家利好政策对行业的持续支持，以及集团在提升临床效果、患者护理和服务品质方面的不懈努力，因此集团对行业长期前景及集团的增长仍然充满信心。
