智通财经APP讯，国际商业结算(00147)发布公告，于2025年8月8日，公司全资附属公司成泰与陈三明先生就成立合营企业订立合营协议，于注册成立后，合营企业将由成泰及陈三明先生分别拥有70%及30%权益。合营企业将主要从事加密资产相关业务。
加密货币为数字货币，其中采用加密技术规范货币单位的产生及采用区块链技术验证资金的转移。加密货币使交易双方之间的资金转移更为容易，为确保安全，该等转移乃通过使用公钥及私钥进行。集团认为加密货币作为一种价值储存方式，具有强大的公共开源架构的支持，故从长远来看，其具有抗通胀的潜力，使储存的价值升值及具有长期价值。集团亦注意到，加密货币的价格或会大幅波动，故集团拟投资于市场上更为成熟且获广泛认可、市场流动性佳、市值较大，并具有相对长期持有价值的加密货币。
此外，董事会认为，加密货币市场具有良好的发展前景。成立合营企业符合集团发展金融科技产业的业务发展策略及计划，从而将有利于集团未来的业务发展。董事会认为，合营企业为集团提供良机，将业务范围拓展至加密货币市场及使集团的收入来源多元化。
