智通财经APP讯，巨匠建设(01459)发布公告，预计截至2025年6月30日止6个月(本期间)，本集团取得净利润与去年同期约人民币1680万元相比减少约60.0%至80.0%。该减少主要由于与去年同期收入和毛利分别约人民币38.34亿元及人民币1.56亿元相比，本集团于本期间的收入及毛利分别减少约30.0%至40.0%及30.0%至40.0%，主要是由于房地产市场整体低迷，本集团期内新承建项目净值金额减少所致;这部分减少被以下因素抵消：本期间金融和合同资产的减值损失净额较去年同期间减少，原因是本集团在过往财政年度已计提了足够减值;管理费用减少，主要是由于工资和员工福利以及娱乐费用的减少;以及与去年同期相比，本期间以公允价值计量且其变动计入当期损益的应收票据相关金融资产的扭亏为盈。
