消息面上，太古地产午间发布2025年中期业绩，集团收入87.23亿港元，同比增长20%；股东应占基本溢利44.2亿港元，同比增长15%；每股基本盈利0.76港元；第一次中期息每股0.35港元。公告指出，2025年上半年基本溢利增加15%至44.2亿港元，主要反映出售Brickell City Centre商场、车位、若干共用设施的权益，以及Brickell City Centre商场毗邻土地所得溢利。
花旗发布研报称，太古地产上半年基本溢利增加15%至44.2亿元，经常性基本溢利减少4%至34.2亿元，达到该行对公司全年预测的55%，胜于预期。期内，派中期息35港仙，同比增长3%，达到其股息录中个位数升幅的目标，意味着以基础利润的派息比率为52%。报告提到，上半年太古地产并未宣布新的回购计划，预计股价或会初步作出负面反应。
