Aegis Logistics' (NSE:AEGISCHEM, BOM:500003) consolidated attributable profit was nearly flat at 1.31 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal first quarter ended June 30 against the same quarter a year ago.
Earnings per share came in at 3.74 rupees compared with 3.75 rupees a year earlier, the oil and gas logistics company said in a Thursday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
Revenue from operations in fiscal Q1 rose to 17.2 billion rupees from 16.0 billion rupees a year ago.
The company's shares were down over 1% in recent trade.
