Deutsche Telekom AG has reported its financial results for the first half of 2025, highlighting consistent and reliable growth across its operations. The company achieved a 3.7% increase in organic service revenues and a 5.2% rise in adjusted EBITDA AL. Free cash flow AL saw a significant growth of 17.8%, while earnings per share $(EPS)$ improved by 6.4%. The group has raised its guidance for the second time this year, with T-Mobile US $(TMUS)$ revising its forecasts for 2025 customer growth, EBITDA, and free cash flow. Additionally, TMUS has completed transactions with Metronet and UScellular, and has sold part of its 3.45GHz spectrum for $2 billion, with an agreement to sell its 800MHz spectrum. Deutsche Telekom's stake in TMUS has now reached 52.1% as of July 18, 2025.
