Donaco International (ASX:DNA) said the Supreme Court of New South Wales approved On Nut Road's proposed buyout of the company via a scheme of arrangement, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The company expects to lodge a copy of the court orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Friday, at which time the scheme will become legally effective, per the filing.

The quotation of its shares on the ASX is expected to be suspended from the close of trading on Friday.
