太古地产:下半年香港写字楼市场前景续疲软 料公司维持较高出租率惟中短期租金仍受压

太古(00019.HK) 太古地产(01972.HK) 主席白德利在中期业绩发布会上表示,两间公司均会维持渐进式股息政策。太古地产会继续落实1,000亿元投资计划。
太古地产首席执行官彭国邦表示,香港写字楼市场在下半年的前景仍持续疲软,但预计负吸纳量将会收窄,相信公司的写字楼可维持较高出租率,但料中短期内租金仍将受压。集团会继续寻求处置非核心资产的机会,会在合适时机进行资产置换,以改善资金配置。

医疗保健业务方面,白德利指,业务正处于发展初期,是一个长远投资。受惠于新法规下鼓励外商投资于医疗保健行业的政策优势,上海德达心血管医院于3月成为内地首间外商独资的心血管专科医院。东南亚方面,公司于印尼投资的Indonesia Healthcare Corporation近期开设了Bali International Hospital,提供255个床位。
对于股份回购,太古股份财务董事马天伟指,公司会以长期策略性投资为先,会否回购需考虑到自由流通比例、负债比例等因素,但未来不会排除任何可能性。(sl/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-08-07 16:25。)
